Tenant Application
A tenant application used when a former tenant moved out because of a notice (often an N12 for personal use or an N13 for demolition, repair, or conversion) and believes the landlord gave that notice in bad faith — for example, the stated use never happened.
Former tenants who moved out after receiving a termination notice and later saw signs the stated reason may not have been genuine.
This is an application a tenant can file with the LTB.
Cautions and limits
Outcomes are never guaranteed — the LTB decides each case on its evidence.
