For legal clinics, lawyers, licensed paralegals, housing workers, and nonprofits
Tenants arrive with screenshots, envelopes, and half-remembered dates. RTO Pro helps them arrive with a summary, a chronology, an evidence index, and an expense schedule — so your time goes to advice, not sorting.
Before the features: the consent model
Everything in the professional portal is built on one rule: a professional can only see what a tenant has explicitly chosen to share, for as long as that consent lasts.
This protects clients, and it protects your organization: scoped, logged, consent-based access means a clear record of what you were given, when, and by whom.
Nothing in a tenant's case is visible to any professional by default. Sharing starts with the tenant granting explicit consent to a specific organization or representative.
Consent covers defined parts of the case file. Every view and download is recorded, and the tenant can see the access log.
The tenant can withdraw consent whenever they choose, and access ends. No lock-in, no negotiation.
The professional portal is in developmentIn development
Online client sharing, permissioned review, and organization accounts require backend infrastructure that is still being built. Nothing on this page simulates features that do not exist yet.
In development
Built around how housing-law intake actually works: limited time, incomplete records, and deadlines that do not wait.
Available now
Even before the portal launches, tenants who organize their case with RTO Pro can hand you a structured file instead of a shoebox — so intake time goes to the legal questions.
Case summary
What happened, who is involved, and which questions need legal review — in plain language.
Chronology
A dated sequence of events, each linked to its supporting record.
Evidence index
Every document, photo, and message listed with dates and descriptions.
Expense schedule
Costs and losses recorded as they happened, with receipts noted.
In development
Organizations will be able to receive organized, consented case packages from tenants who choose to send them — arriving with the summary, chronology, and evidence already in order.
In development
Multi-person organizations need control and accountability, not shared passwords.
Tell us about your clinic, practice, or organization. We will follow up as the portal moves from development to early access — no commitment, no fee to register interest.
This is legal information, not legal advice. RTO Pro is not a law firm. Deadlines and exceptions may apply to your situation — a qualified legal professional should confirm anything important before you rely on it.
