Emergency information is never behind a paywall. It stays free, with no account required.
Payment does not improve your legal position or how the Landlord and Tenant Board decides your case. Paid plans only add organizing tools.
Reduced-cost and sponsored access is planned for tenants who cannot afford paid plans.

Pricing questions, answered honestly
Can I buy Tenant Pro or the Case Package today?
Not yet. Payments are still being built, so paid plans cannot be purchased right now. Everything in the Free plan works today, with no account and no credit card. When payments launch, prices will be confirmed on this page first.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes — that is the commitment we are building toward. When billing launches, Tenant Pro will be cancellable anytime from your account, with no cancellation fee, and your access will run to the end of the period you paid for. Final billing terms will be published in plain language before any payment is taken.
What happens to my information if my subscription ends?
Accounts are still in development, so today the tools save information on your own device only — RTO Pro cannot see or delete it. When account storage launches, the plan is simple: your case information stays yours, you will be able to export it, and it will not be deleted just because you stop paying. The final data policy will be published before payments launch.
What is the refund policy?
Because payments are not live yet, there is no refund policy to apply. A plain-language refund policy will be published on this page before anyone can be charged.
Does the Case Package include legal representation?
No. The Case Package does not include a lawyer or paralegal, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee any outcome. It is an organized case file — a summary, chronology, evidence index, and related materials — that you or a legal professional you choose can work from. Representation must come from a lawyer, licensed paralegal, or legal clinic.
Does paying give me a better chance at the LTB?
No. Cases turn on the facts, the evidence, and the law — not on which RTO Pro plan someone used. Paid plans can save you time by keeping documents, dates, and expenses organized, but they do not change your rights or how the Board decides.
